Incident Summaries are
generated after the NRC receives an incident report relating to a significant
release, potential significant release or a security related incident that has
or potentially will release oil or hazardous material. All Incident Summary
reports have a corresponding NRC Incident Number and are transmitted to National
Response Team Agency partners.
The Incident Summary Query Module provides users the ability to access historical Incident Summary reports. Data is loaded nightly and can be searched through the prior day. Any combination of selection criteria may be used from the following data elements:
